Meet the staff

All our staff are fully vetted using thorough reference checks, criminal checks and have a breadth of experience in childcare. Although OFSTED regulation state that at least 80% of the staff team should hold a level 3 qualification, at Springwood Nursery and link club more than 90% of our staff hold level 3 qualification in children’s learning and development.

Staff undergo continual training and development to keep up to date with all relevant issues related to their important role as care givers. They are highly motivated in their pursuit to offer only the best care and education to children in our care.
